Make it easier for inmates released from prison to secure employment.

Created by D.D. on February 25, 2014

Offenders have served their sentence for the crime that was commited. A roadblock is placed in front of everyone who is trying to get a job.

The employer should be able to obtain a background check, however, asking if they commited a felony even before the interview process eliminates most offenders from being considered for a position with that company.

Several states have already implimented this standard and would benefit thousands if it were applied on a national level.
