Make it easier for prior service military members to enlist back on to Active Duty

The Military as of now has very stringent rules on who can come back onto Active Duty, a multitude of prior service military personnel have gotten off of Active Duty only to realize that serving their country in the military truly is where they belong. The Government needs to change the accessions for prior service military to allow service members back onto Active Duty without regard to current openings or at the least allow for retraining into another MOS as long as the Service Member has an honorable Discharge or the needed re-entry codes. The military will take almost any new recruit in almost any position but the personnel already trained and capable of doing the job are being turned away.
