Small businesses are struggling to get loans from banks or raise funds to grow their businesses.
The JOBS Act was supposed to make that easier for small businesses and startup companies by letting small businesses (a) advertise that they were seeking investment, and (b) accept small amounts of funding via Crowdfunding. However, the rules to make things easier are still in limbo.
Small businesses need loans and investment to hire people, create jobs and expand their operations. Push these rules across the finish lines and let our businesses advertise to raise investments in our businesses to grow our economy.
