Help workers whose Title VII Rights have been violated by employers and prevent those employers from having workers' cases so easily dismissed by using the Summary Judgement option. This continues to place a harsh burden on the shoulders of workers who have already been tormented by these heartless corporations- who have been coddled for too long by biased Judges and those Lawyers who are just greedily looking to make a quick deal. It is also much too difficult for workers to retain Attorneys to represent them in labor lawsuits, because by the time the worker has reached that stage they usually do not have the resources necessary to defend their rights. Just this fact alone says that workers enter the dispute at a great disadvantage because employers have all the resources in their favor.
