Make it equally illegal to use a handicapped cart in a store as it is to park in a handicapped parking space.

As Americans continue to get fatter and lazier. The largest and fattest have resorted to riding around on motorized carts that are intended for the elderly, handicapped, and in some cases the injured (broken leg etc.) As Americans it is against the law to park in a handicap parking space and you will be fined and or towed. Why then can someone who is to obese and lazy to walk able to use a medical aid intended for the handicapped limiting the availability of the device for those people who truly need it. Obesity is not a medical condition. The motorized carts go down the veggie isle just as well as the chip and soda isle but you never see them there do you. Please help to make a stand to address this issue and send the message that if you are obese you need to walk like the rest of us!
