Make it an ethical violation in Congress to take oaths in violation of their duty to upload the Constitution.

Created by C.H. on August 06, 2013

Out of the 535 members of Congress 277 have taken an oath that directly conflicts with their oath of office to uphold the Constitution of the United States. The Norquist Oath taken by the 277 members of Congress is at essence a pledge to NOT DO THEIR JOB. The effects of this oath are apparent in that the 113th Congress is the least productive in recent history. Address this issue and restore peoples faith the workings of Congress.
