As of September 1, 2013 there have been MAJOR restrictions on abortion rights in Pennsylvania (as well as a total of 23 states) in response to the Affordable Care Act. Now NO insurance company is allowed to fund an elective abortion. Minors MUST have consent from their parent's to get an abortion. You must go through counseling directly meant to persuade you against abortion, and then wait 24 hours before getting one.
Restrictions on this right are restrictions to women's rights. No one can make a choice like this FOR YOU. Forcing pregnancy on an unwilling woman is punishment for sex, taking away her bodily autonomy, and completely says a woman can't make the best decision for herself.
