Petition to make it a federal crime for parental interference and clarify the law. The law should state that the noncustodial parent cant interfere during unauthorize visitation time and the custodial parent should be held accountable for hiding and harboring and not making the child available, during court order visitation time. With the exception of emergency hearing being granted or law enforcement has identified a danger. We want to see accountability for parents that hide children from the other parent deliberately and willfully.
