There are federal criminal law that prohibits any person from voting who is not a legal citizen, who is unable to lawfully vote due to being a convicted felon, or any person who is voting fraudulently by using another person's identity. The laws should also apply to voter machine hardware/software tampering. The U.S. Justice Dept. should be held criminally accountaqble for failure to prosecute these voting violations.
