Make it a federal felony offense for a federal government executive or employee to issue an executive or administrative order that violates the Constitution, law(s) passed by Congress, or infringes on citizen rights as guaranteed under the Constitution and Bill of rights. The federal government's job is to enforce legislation and laws passed by the peoples representatives - Congress. Any person found guilty of this felony offense will be removed from office immediately and denied their pension and benefits they may have been entitled to for the satisfactory performance of their job.
