Make it a law that any person, company, corporation or public enity that hires an illegal alien becomes 100% liable for the entire health care of that employee and their family the entire time they remain in the United States. At the same time require any illegal alien to register for a permanent working green card. Those already in the country can stay and work and apply for citizenship. The passage of this law will stop the flood of illegal aliens since no one will want to incur the health care costs. These health care costs are not dischargeable by bankruptcy. Every alien who works here will have their eligability to work with their green card verified by e-verify. Once they cannot work since no one will hire them and take on the health care liability they will return home.
