The number of U.S. citizens that are on welfare and/or do not pay taxes is growing every year, and has become a large enough number to affect elections. The tax paying U.S. citizens are the one that supply the funds to run our nation, and therefore should be the only ones who are qualified to vote.
Why allow those who don't contribute to the welfare of our nation to vote on matters which require the funds supplied by taxes?
