Make a federal law to revote any and all government aid to people who are engaing in violent rioting within the United States.
Any person who is captured on video and identified police for violent rioting. Any person arrested by police for violent rioting. Goverment aid to include but not limited to foid stamps, welfar checks, and government housing.
