Stiffer penalties need to be in place for retailers and adults who knowingly provide graphic and violent "Mature Only" rated video game titles to minors.
The desensitization to violence has become culturally pervasive and since there seems to be a unwillingness to do the intelligent thing on the part of individuals the government should take the tragedy of Sandy Hook to heart and address the actions of those who perpetuate a callous attitude towards violence by providing underage youth "Mature Only" video games.
