We all know the effects of second hand smoke so why do people continue to smoke in a vehicle with small children? It is horrible to see a parent or a caregiver smoking in their car with a child in the backseat, helpless. Unless we act now and make this deplorable act illegal these small children are going to grow up with more health issues than other children. Why not give these kids a fair shot at a healthy life, sign this petition to put an end to this child abuse.
