By allowing everyone a beer near the end of the work day it will boost morale across the country and improve work effectiveness. Lazy bums that don't work will have more of a drive to find a job. Unemployment solved. It will also bring together co-workers into a common ground were they can improve inter office relationships. No harm can come from it. Price of beer could be taken from checks and if the Government made its own they could make a fortune! Hello end of debt! I am actually quite surprised this idea hasn't already been passed.
