Make it a felonious offense when people make fake police reports. As well as any state, local or federal workers.

Right now many U.S. Americans have lied and sent many innocent people to jail, prison or had tickets issued all in the name of a lie and some people are to poor to fight back. As U.S. Americans we should move forward as a society to where bad things can no longer happen to good people, even if those good people have a sketchy history. Any person who lies, or public/private office personnel that lies (i.e. assistant district attorneys, district attorneys, police, sheriff deputies or F.B.I.), should face felonious criminal charges and they face a minimum of 2 years in jail. No one should be able to abuse their power in the U.S. of America whether rich, poor or holder of a public/private office position.
