Here is yet another example of the horrible act of the kidnapping and murder of a family belove pet. As I read more daily of animal abuse and murder I cannot sit back any longer. We are the people who make the laws. This is long overdue as we need the laws in every state to be changed to make it a felony crime to harm pets, and all animals that are relied on human beings to be cared for. It is indeed wrong that this still continues and there are no hearings and law changes going on ..It is now the time to get this done. Helo was a beloved family pet that was stolen from his home and murdered. This must end and these abusers and killers of our beloved pets must be found and punished by felony methods no excuses, no mercy.
