in this article a twelve year old was assaulted and the kids that assaulted and almost killed him will be charged with a misdemener. they hid the victims phone so he could not call for help, they kept beating him when he was down and unconscious. if that is not attempted murder i don't know what it. The kids that did this committed an adult crime and should be treated like they are adults and should face the same punishments
