When corporations knowingly dump any pollutants or toxins into the river systems that are used for drinking water the CEO or plant managers of said plants should be charged criminally and fined.
Minimum sentences of 10 yrs and fines of the cost of all clean up plus damages to the environment and medical expenses to all affected people plus punitive damage.
To often corporation are not personally held responsible for polluting waterways and slapped with a minimal fines and still no real punishment for the damages they created on others, someone should be held responsible owners, CEO, and plant managers should be held criminally responsible with real jail time.
If anyone else knowingly tried to poison the waterways they would be jail as terrorists, corporations should be treated the same.
