WHEREAS, There curently exists an environment of concern for personal safety in The United States.
WHEREAS, The number one cause of innocent death are people being attacked and killed by their own hearts.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that any heart found culpible in the death of a human by attacking and killing them recieve the harshest possible penalties.
This will provide a deterrent to any hearts considering attacking and killing human beings, and as such discourage any potential attacks before they happen.
