Make it harder to be approved for government assistance with out a history of steady employment!

I ask the Obama administration to review the standards being used in issuing of government assistance, because this is the most abused! I believe people without a steady work history should have to show effort to try and better themselves, and while recieving assistance should be made to look for a job, and have to do some kinda of work at a government facility for atleast 20 hrs a week until employment is found and then they will either be not a mooch to the working class.
