As long as guns are legal in the United States, the recent discrimination and harassment of gun owners, supporters, and their children needs to be considered a hate crime and prosecuted appropriately. Whether in schools, neighborhoods, or anywhere that a citizen is able to refer to, draw, discuss, emulate, show pictures, wear logos, or make any allusion to guns or the support of such devices, nobody shall have the right to infringe upon that right; nor is there any reason to consider such actions threats or have any necessity to report those actions as suspicious or criminal. It shall be considered criminal to discriminate against pro-gun communications as stated above, including the banning of NRA t-shirts, censoring of the name of vehicle races, or other suppression of communication.
