Make it a HIPAA & Cyber Security violation to outsource Patients Medical Records to medical billing companies overseas.

Created by M.M. on December 11, 2012

Cyber blackmailers targeting patient medical records are on the rise. The only way to combat this is by stopping doctors and other healthcare providers from outsourcing their clinic/practice medical billing duties to overseas companies. These overseas billing companies may at any point sell our information to any criminal who may options to terrorize American citizen.

Doctors are instructed by (the) overseas billing company to leave there computer on while the practice is closed. The provider computer is then remotely accessed via the overseas company to abstract the patient’s health records information. These companies are allowed patients, social security numbers, Diagnosis, Family History, Credit and Banking information. Basically there complete Health Records.
