Many minorities in the last few years have experienced the rise of ilegal stops and searches.In big cities like New York and Los Angeles,just to name a few.The civil rights of honest Americans are being violated by the police departments of these cities by giving the police the legal right to stop and question any citizen without any probocation whatsoever,that incudes,while walking and driving.In the majority of cases no charges have been brought against these citizens and the number of minorities being stopped and frisked by far surpasses the number of whites.
