It should be illegal for an adult to smoke while in the car with a juvenile. Second hand smoke is so terrible for people, let alone kids. Being around second hand smoke can lead to lower IQs, higher instances of asthma and other breathing ailments and even has ties to increased instances of obesity and depression as teenage years come. As the people who are supposed to be protecting our children, how can we allow their lives, health, and futures to be put at risk this way?
