"No knock raids" as a form of issuing a warrant are dangerous and unconstitutional. These lazy police tactics absolutely fall under "illegal search and seizure" and need to be categorized as such. Often being carried out under the guise of "The War on Drugs", these warrants are routinely issued using nothing but complete conjecture.
These type of warrants are dangerous to every living thing involved. Breaking into a house in the middle of the night can get the officers shot and killed by legally armed citizens. Not to mention, the safety of the citizen, their family, their pets, their property, etc. If nothing can even be found listed on the warrant, the possibility of people dying for no reason is a serious concern.
Outlaw this horrible practice immediately.
