Make it illegal for any male or female to wear cargo shorts.They are hazards to those wearing them and those around them

Cargo shorts are a terrible garment that mostly men and some women believe it is "cool", "swaggy" or "hip" to wear. In fact they are none of the above and they are a detriment to society. It irks me to see potentially sweet bros being tied down by this horrendous choice of clothing. These "shorts", if it is even appropriate to call them that, considering they are everything but short, are causing a lack of energy in environments where they are present. On top of this, I and I know my fellow good citizens would agree that it is a threat to our national security to have these over pocketed shorts present in this great nation. Why? you ask. Simple. It makes us look weak. Not too weak, because after all we are the U.S. of A but weaker than we should look. Ban these atrocities,4 the people
