children have rights too, and yet each day they are bullied not just from another child but also teachers, and other adults! make it a crime to bully a child even if its another child thats bullying another and have schools setup training for teachers to be able to stop a child and/or adult from being bullied! bullying needs to end, and i'm calling on the obama administration to propose a bill to illegalize bullying in the 50 states and even in our nations capital. bullying needs to stop.
