Voting is an important part of an American's civic duty and the way to maintain a free republic. However, millions of votes by non citizens were cast in the recent presidential election. Dead people are not purged from voter rolls in a timely fashion. These make it possible for election results to be manipulated and for voter fraud to be committed.
In order to achieve fair elections in the future, the following measures should be taken:
Make it illegal for any state or county or precinct to maintain voter rolls that are not purged at least annually, do spot inspections to confirm, and make the deliberate maintenance of voter rolls with dead or moved names on them a FELONY.
Make it illegal for non citizens to vote in a federal election.
