Make it illegal for any state,county, or town in the USA to have any BSL laws. We feel its against our constitution

We as American citizens and tax payers feel that we should be able to own any breed of dog in any part of the USA. We feel it is against constitution to have BSL laws telling us that we cannot have specific dogs although we abide by the law and use our dogs for hunting,farming,house pets. Although a few people make a few members of a breed bad does not mean everyone does. If it is against the law to discriminate against skin color or the origin of a persons birth then why is it legal to discriminate a dogs breed? We do not judge people based on if they are Caucasian,African American,Latino,Hispanic so why judge a dog. We love our dogs so please make it where we can always have our best friends
