Make it illegal for any television or radio station to censor "explicit language," or nudity on their broadcast.

Created by A.R. on January 28, 2014

The first amendment is one of the most fought about and fought for rights in the constitution. The first amendment prohibits abridging freedom of speech, but in today's society, the networks are legally forced to suppress our right to freedom of speech. In today's society, cursing, nudity, and anything "explicit," is at an all time high, making it difficult to explain certain things, so is it really right to hide reality from our children?
Sometimes I wonder, 'Who decided these words were so wrong and why they are so wrong to say?'
I believe that the majority of America would agree on my position, which is why I believe this crime done to our first amendment should be illegal.
Please and Thank You.
