A lot of parents do not care about their children's possible sex life, or they just are too lazy to teach their children properly about sex. This would lower the rate of teen pregnancy. Re-precautions should be that those teens who do still have sex and end up pregnant should be immediately forced to be on birth control boys and girls. Pregnancy should either be immediately terminated upon first notice of pregnancy at the hospital or allow the child to be born and be immediately taken from that teen. It can be a decision based on the child's mentality and if they are responsible or not. These teens should then have regular appointments to make sure that they are still up to date on their birth control.
