Make it illegal to ask about past criminal history, unless the job involves money, weapons or working with children.

Asking about past criminal history for the purpose of employment is tantamount to DOUBLE JEORPARDY. It essentially penalizes a person for a crime in which their debt to society has already been served and is therefore UNCONSTITUTIONAL.
