make it illegal to campaign for election, or a nomination for election, more than 30 days prior to the election date.

Created by B.P. on February 15, 2016

At this time the elected positions within the Federal Government are reserved for those with the financial resources to to sustain a campaign which spans multiple calendar years. It is not right. If this really is a nation by the people and for the people then the individuals selected to lead this country should not be limited to those with millions of dollars. Rather, all individuals should be given a fair opportunity to lead. No individual should be allowed to campaign for political office, or the nomination to run for political office for more than 30 days prior to the date of ballets are cast. This would end the bi-partisan caucuses, and create a more efficient political election system within our country. Don't limit federal positions to wealthy. Allow the people to hold office.
