This is a petition that would make it illegal to charge citizens of the United States Of America, any amount of money, to fill up tires or any consumer product that requires air, with normal atmospheric air. (This excludes the use of Nitrogen, Helium, Hydrogen, and any other gases, that have been seperated, and bottled for sale).
