Make it ILLEGAL for a CNA to have more than 12 patients

Created by S.S. on April 10, 2013

As a CNA working in a hospital that is constantly full as well as short staffed a CNA ends up with 17 or more patients that we are supposed to care for and it is stressful!!!. RNs can only have 6 patients for the purpose of giving better care so why can't CNAs have a limit on the amount of patients we can legally have in both a hospital and nursing home setting. GIVE US A LIMIT!! HELP US OUT!!!
