In these times of ecomonic hardship many people have had their homes foreclosed on or are in the process of foreclosure, deed in lieu of foreclosure, short sale, etc. When going through this process your credit score is very severely impacted. With so many people searching for jobs it should not be legal for companies to use that credit score against you and refuse employment based on that score. This is discrimination and the law allowing this should be changed.
