To make it illegal for companies to turn away an applicant on the basis of using Marijuana. We have the right to work.

I am typing up this petition on behalf of millions of Americans who feel apprehensive about workplace discrimination based on the choice that a person makes in regards to a preference of consuming marijuana.
We as LEGAL AMERICAN CITIZENS have the right to be happy....its our right to work, we are forced to pay taxes, the liberties granted to us by our forefathers have been taken away by ignorant politicians who have no other prospect in life except to feed their egotistical agenda for their own monetary and political gains.Billions have been spent/wasted on the war on marijuana.
Im not saying lets legalize hard drugs, Im saying that we need to work just as the ones who drink or take Rx Medications. legalize recreationally, not medically take the monopoly away from Pharmaceutical companies
