Make it illegal for a company to waive the right of consumers to participate in a class-action lawsuits.

Created by A.B. on September 23, 2011

Recently companies such as Sony and EA have implemented clauses in their EULAs that prevent users from participating in class-action lawsuits.

We the people believe that it is an inalienable right of the consumer to participate in class-action lawsuits against any company to which the consumer has either subscribed to a service, or purchased goods, whether digital or physical.

The removal of such rights allows companies to make decisions without considering it's effect on customers, and ultimately removes any and all accountability the company should have to its customers.
