Make it illegal for Congress to pass laws that do not require them to obey as well. And to repeal any current such law.

Congress has passed laws recently that apply to the general public, but do not apply to them. They should not be allowed to pass laws that they to not have to obey. Every law that applies to the general public, shall apply to lawmakers as well. Also, any current law in place that applies to the general public, but not lawmakers, shall be repealed.
