Make it illegal for doctors to prescribe birth control to anyone under the age of 16 without their parent's signature.

I believe that any child under the age of 16 should have to have their parents consent and signature to obtain birth control. Once a person is 16 years old, they are 100% capable of obtaining a driver's license and a stable minimum wage job, which would be helpful in the case of a pregnancy.
