I've recently read several news articles about employers firing employees based on their political affiliations and who they voted for in the recent election. It is illegal to fire anyone based on sex, race or religion, so, why not political affiliation/voting record/habits? Every citizen of the USA has a right to vote and should not fear reprisal from their employers due to any form of ideological differences.
