Make it illegal for employers to offer preferential job opportunities to BILINGUAL ONLY need apply. Sec 312.1 Uscis

Created by G.K. on October 15, 2012

IF a requirement of citizenship is to be able to fluently be able to read, write, & speak English, WHY is it next to impossible to find a job because most employers state "bilingual-Only" need apply. There SHOULD NOT be so many spanish speaking "exceptions" in our country that it has become necessary that the American workforce is filled with bilingual-only employees. Are those of us that are not bilingual no long employee-able? I'm talking as a medical receptionist, operator, CSR,hospital clerk, front desk clerk etc. Shouldn't the "exception" not required to be fluent in English have interpreters? Instead Americans have to speak Spanish in order to get hired to communicate with those that should've learned the English language as part of their citizenship. Explain WHY this isnt enforced
