We the people ask the federal government to Propose a new Administration policy:

Make it illegal for employers to require mandatory arbitration in employment agreements

Created by L.G. on May 05, 2016

When employers require mandatory arbitration in employment agreements, employees are giving up their right to a day in court if that employer violates labor laws. Arbiters are often chosen by the employer and the results of binding arbitration are often sealed, so other employees have no knowledge of possible illegal employer actions. This seems rather unfair and should be made illegal.
