make it illegal to encroach on; or remove any reference made to any religion already in place on federal or state land

Created by D.L. on February 24, 2012

It is our right as a people to express faith in any public or private forum, as long as it is not done in a malicious response to indifference. That also means malicious indifference is an affront to any established faith by indifference to deface or excise any existing references already on public land. Any effort to remove references to any deity or religion is obviously in contempt, and not law. This requires our efforts to protect and keep anyone from abusing our legal system for the purposes of defacing, suppressing, or removing Any References to Any Deity made in reverence and respect by our Founding Fathers or Honored Citizens. Whether in recognition of service to or honored by the this great country.
