This is so the United Sates Government DOES NOT attack LEGAL American citizens. The Government should not be allowed to attack American citizens through drone strikes. Yes they could use them to gain information on illegal citizens but, not kill them with drones. They can use the drones to gain info on people with in the U.S. but, attacks on citizens can not be carried out through drones. (should be trough a FBI/CIA type agency and only executed by people* if a national threat.
