Make it illegal to have a congressional campaign fundraiser anywhere but in the congresspersons home district.

Many congress persons raise almost all of the campaign funding in the District of Columbia. These are organized and attended by lobbyists with a clear goal of bending the ear of the congress person. The constituents thus become an afterthought. Fundamentally, this is corrupt and must stop.
