The goal of this petition is to help stop the animal cruelty that occurs by holding Orca whales in captivity. The state of California is taking action to end this cruelty and the nation should follow suit. Sea World needs to be held accountable for the poor conditions their captive Orca whales are exposed to. Orca whales are intelligent and beautiful animals that should not be held in captivity for the financial gains of any human being. Please make it illegal to catch and keep whales in captivity.
