Jobs say no hiring people because of old backgrounds extending from there pre adult hood. 18 yrs old. At 29 yrs old tehre still banding employment. We must banned businesses and landlords from seeing criminal records older then 5-7 yrs old. That If there has been no crimes made for more then 7 yrs at all that the hole record be bard. Banded. sealed. No one can see it but a court house and fbi. Especially if the hole crimes are misdemenors. get people off public assistance and get them jobs by closing the legal back ground check system. Its hurting people come someone in a carreer when they grow up. Please stop this pradatory cycle. Pardons r to hard to get. All records should be sealed for non felons if no crimes in 5-7 yrs.
